5k Training — W2D1

Week 2. Day 1.

Moving up to the next level is satisfying. A 2:00/1:00 interval pushes me a little but slowly as I’ve talked about before. My route is close to home these days, but I’m going to eventually have to branch out again. My old route used to take me on a big loop around this side of town.

Once I can get to a good amount of running at a time I won’t feel so badly about going on an adventure,
