Balance was late this week due to a busy weekend. 18 holes of golf and a run made balance impossible.

Today was a good day for it! I did great although modified numbers.

T 3: BALANCED DIPS — 34 | 46


These lower impact workouts are a blessing when you’re not up to full blast starting out.
