Stepping it up this week really took a toll. The new step is making the workouts more impactful which is a good thing but also drains me more. It’s making for strange numbers on my transformers.
T 1: RAPID TAPS — 123 | 148 | 120
T 2: TWIST OBL KICKS — 60 | 85 | 122 m
T 3: ROCKETMAN — 65 | 66 | 104 m
Sadly these workouts equal low step numbers compared to running. Run and golf the other day was way over my goal but two workouts were less than a run.
I guess that’s the way things go.
