5k Training — W7D9

Still stuck on my intervals but getting stronger now. The above picture was my feet when I was done. It’s amazing how many miles I put on these feet and they haven’t given up on me yet!!!

In other news… My average mile times this morning were amazing!! 20 something seconds faster!!!

Mile 1 has a 3 minute warmup walk and Mile 2 has a 1 minute recover session. If I run straight through I bet I’m at a 11 minute range. After I make it to a full 30 minute run I’ll set about doing a timed mile run and see what my time is.

Onto 18 holes of golf later today!!!
