T20 — W2D5

So excited to have gotten this far in my program. 20 minutes a day commitment seems silly to celebrate but really it’s a lot for me! I’m putting myself first for once. Even pushing off my kiddos to take care of me. It’s not that extreme of course but my todo list is not to be divested from.


T 1: OVER STEP JUMP — 100 | 133
T 2: HAND REL PUSH-UP — 23 | 20
T 3: TRIANGLE — 40 | 30

Going to be traveling soon. Thank god for internet access. I’m going to be looking like a crazy person doing my exercises at my relatives house but oh well!!!
