Back to back workouts suck but today actually was perfect with a stretching one then a cardio one. Got to sweating real quick and with stretching beforehand I was ready to jump into it.

This week we compared to last week. I did ok according to my numbers! Only one section was about the same.
Off to finish tutoring with my son and then a shower and more birthday celebrations for my daughter!
This morning I was at 250.9. I like seeing that zero number in that weight!
