In 2009 I broke my foot. Well not broke but I ripped tendons and ligaments. It literally sounded like celery crunching.
So the side effects even now are that it’s almost impossible for me to do regular push ups and burpees. I modified a lot today but there has got to be some similar exercise as a burpee or mountain climber. I need to do some research.
