5k Training — W7D1

15:00/1:00 x 2 intervals

Purple was the theme of the day.

First time doing the 15/1 intervals and it didn’t suck. I even did the actual 1 minute rest instead of 2.

Hubby got mad because I was complaining about being tired but I still went out to run. I get super antsy now if I don’t run! I guess that’s a good thing, right?

It’s becoming a habit!

I got three achievements on my list today on my Nike App. So excited to win things again on there.
