5k Training — W4D3

Fourth week done!

So proud of myself. I was supposed to go running this morning with a group but ended up sleeping like crap last night so I backed out last minute.

Then it rained. No it rained. It poured. Thunder and lightening filled the sky and the whole world stopped for a little while. I contemplated doing a workout but it didn’t catch my attention enough so I ended up napping instead.

Running tonight was a great way to make up for a lazy morning.

Lazy is how I’ve felt for the last few years. Not doing things for myself has caused me to be 100 lbs over what I was in college! 100 lbs is insane to me! I’m shooting for a loss of about 60 and hopefully if I get there I can get back to my high school weight eventually.
