21 day fix – Upper Fix

Started with very sore abs and jello. Legs from yesterday. Stairs and sitting down and getting up are killing me right now!!!

Upper fix! Loads of arms and chest and abs to work on! I don’t mind arms when the mat is included in the workout! Can’t wait to get my skinny arms back.

Hubby teased me because I modified my push ups and plank. See…. about 12 years ago I screwed up my foot so my foot doesn’t bend into the plank or push up position.

Back to my pink weights!!!

I’m so proud of myself. I’m not doing morning meltdown but I’m working on doing 100 workouts! Trying to get to 100 before the end of summer then I’m gonna start over and do it again!!!

1-6 were MM100 workouts and since I’ve been tracking runs and workouts by date.
