I wouldn’t say today was a total loss but moving from two minutes one minute intervals to four minute one minute intervals definitely makes me realize how out of shape I am. The two minute intervals or probably my max ability to run without stopping and the jump to four minutes it’s definitely going to take some more time to get used to. I’m supposed to run three times this week at that interval rate but I think I’m going to run all five days of the week at that interval rate and see if I can’t get to the point where I can run all of them.

Kind of upset with myself today because the last two intervals of four minutes I had to walk at least half of them. It was extremely hot outside which doesn’t help and I think mentally I just got super super tired and couldn’t figure out a way to get out of it. So next time I’m gonna switch up my music and try to get into the zone and forget to think about when I’m supposed to run out when I’m supposed to walk.
