5k Training — W2D3

Two minute run with a one minute recovery. The perfect end up my ramp up into major working out!

Tomorrow starts 21 day fix and running daily. When I get done from writing this post my plan is to put it on my calendar. Can’t back out if it’s on the calendar, right?

PS — I might need to get some new running shoes. These were a free pair that I got from a running company the first time I started running. They are “barefoot” running shoes. Interesting enough without the padding I feel like I run better. I did my half marathon in these!
