Week 1. Day 2.

I remember when I first saw that my interval would be more walking than running that this program was going to be a joke.

Running for a minute the first time I did it was a challenge though and after 8 cycles I was definitely tired.

Pacing in running is extremely important. Burning yourself out in the beginning is no way to run. Slow and steady wins the race as they say.

I know I can run farther than this. I’ve done it before but relearning and reconditioning my body is going to take time.
