  1. I see how you’re training… it’s cool that you’re supposed to be up to 30 minutes before me. Also, rest between days or whenever your legs need it.
    Just keep swimming. Or keep on running… 🐬

    1. I used this method years ago and it seems to work well. I set an interval timer and just listen for the “Run 15 Minutes” and then the “Recover for 1 minute”. Best thing is I can extend a weeks intervals if I want. So like on my next run I’m supposed to move to 30 minutes but I don’t feel ready yet so I’ll do a 4th run at 15/1 intervals until I feel comfortable moving up.
