I see how you’re training… it’s cool that you’re supposed to be up to 30 minutes before me. Also, rest between days or whenever your legs need it.

I used this method years ago and it seems to work well. I set an interval timer and just listen for the āRun 15 Minutesā and then the āRecover for 1 minuteā. Best thing is I can extend a weeks intervals if I want. So like on my next run Iām supposed to move to 30 minutes but I donāt feel ready yet so Iāll do a 4th run at 15/1 intervals until I feel comfortable moving up.

Or run 20 minutes three times in the week… yeah I like couch to 5k for that. That it tells you when to run walk with music in the bathroom.
